Nanny Job Opportunity – Harpenden, AL5

Location: Harpenden, AL5
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: April / May
Hourly Rate: £15 - £16 gross per hour

A warm and welcoming family in Harpenden is looking for an experienced and caring nanny to care for their two children. The position is for three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). During term time, primary care will be for the youngest, with preschool pick-up for the older child. During school holidays, the nanny will have both children.

Responsibilities:

• Providing age-appropriate activities and ensuring a stimulating environment

• Keeping to the baby’s routine

• Taking the baby out to playgroups and activities

• Preschool pick-up for the older child

• Sterilising bottles

• Children’s laundry

• Meal planning and preparation for the children

​

Ideal Candidate:

• Kind, patient, and knowledgeable about child development

• Fun, engaging, and comfortable being playful with the children

• Minimum of 3 years of nannying experience, Enhanced DBS & First Aid.

• Long-term commitment preferred

• A nanny with language skills would be a bonus, but not essential

 

Additional Information:

• Parking available on the driveway

• Nanny will need to use their own car
