Part Time Nanny – St Albans 

Start: Mid-May 2026 | Long-Term Position
Monday to Thursday | 9am–5pm | £16 gross per hour I 32 Hours

A warm and welcoming family relocating to St Albans from Hitchin are seeking a calm, patient and experienced nanny to care for their little boy, who will be 13 months old at the start of the role.

 

This is a long-term position, beginning in mid-May 2026 to allow for a smooth handover before Mum returns to work at the beginning of June.

​

• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities at home and out in the community

• Supporting developmental milestones

• Child-related cooking

• Keeping toys organised

• Children’s laundry

• Occasional babysitting

There is a friendly (and vocal!) cockerpoo in the home, but no dog care is required.

​​

The family are looking for someone who is:

• Calm and patient

• Energetic and active

• Sociable and engaging

• Confident with baby experience

• Reliable and committed to a long-term role

​​

A Russian speaker would be a bonus, though this is not essential.

​​
